It was a Christmas present and it didn’t come in time and I couldn’t even cancel it even though the merchandise wasn’t shipped out

Necklace is 10000% not what is advertised!!!! They said they would remake it for me. Let's hope they keep their word

Terrible customer service. You may never get your product and if you do double check it because it’s probably wrong. After weeks of waiting and terrible customer service I received my order only to find that one said “woman” instead of my child’s name. Upon several attempts to get a replacement I get the same responses. “Please send a photo along with you stating you’d like us to replace it and we will get the process started”. I’ve sent several pics and emails and everytime I get nothing after saying that a replacement has been issued or will be issued.

Just don’t bother with this company at all!
